We dispatch within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) excluding public holidays and of course don’t forget Australia Post does not deliver on weekends.
We offer FREE shipping (woohoo) Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery generally takes place within 3-4 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on its whereabouts.
If you are in a rush and want to have your parcel super quickly and receive it the next day, you can select Express for an additional $10 flat fee but your order must be placed by 12pm EST. *providing you are within the serviced areas of Australia Post Express.
*We supply one FRANKIEPEACH box per order not per scarves sold.
** If you leave an ‘Authority to Leave’ on your delivery note then you are accepting all responsibility for your parcel once it has been left by Australia Post. FRANKIE PEACH will not accept responsibility for any missing parcels left with your authority – so be super sure the neighbours dog isn’t going to have it for breakfast.
***Our shipping services do not include insurance. If you want the extra cover contact us at email@example.com to organise.
****FRANKIE PEACH does not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit by a third party carriers such as Australia Post. We will however work with you to cover lost or damaged goods that are covered by insurance.
We ship international orders via Australia Post service or DHL depending on location. Australia Post is not fully traceable whereas DHL will come with a tracking number.
Some countries may charge additional duties and taxes. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. FRANKIE PEACH has no authority of additional charges and will not be liable for additional costs. These costs must be covered by the customer.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us, from there International shipping can take 7-10 days delivery time.
FRANKIE PEACH will not take responsibility for any delays made to shipment by Australia Post or DHL, we will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

We’re sure you’re going to LOVE what’s inside your Frankie Peach box, but if for whatever reason you’re not 100% loving it, please email us at email@example.com so we can sort out any issues quickly and as painlessly as possible.
We offer a 14-day exchange for an alternative product or a 12 month store credit from the date of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached and proof of purchase can be provided.
Unfortunately there is no return or exchange on sale items.
If you do need to make an exchange, be sure you do it within the 14 days from the purchase date. Naturally, you will need to cover the return mail costs. Once we have received your parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your exchange or credit note. Frankie Peach is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you return with a service that provides tracking and insurance.
Any taxes, customs or duties payable for International exchanges will need to be paid for by the customer, FRANKIE PEACH is not liable for return shipping fees.
Our FRANKIE PEACH team take every bit of care when picking and packing your order. Each scarf is individually assessed to ensure it meets our quality standards. It is important to note that as our ‘Classic Squares’ are hemmed by the premium technique of hand rolling so there may be some slight imperfections, this however is not deemed as fault. A machine sewn hemmed will never be as delicate and beautiful as one that is hand rolled, therefore care should be taken.
All orders are quality checked by a secondary person prior to dispatch. Should you for any reason believe you have received a scarf with a fault you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our team can assess the accessory and determine approval. For any fault to be considered all original tags must in place and the garment must be in original condition, free from make up stains, perfumes and oils.
