Alright, let’s be real—Leadzai isn’t terrible. But if you’re anything like me, you’ve hit a few walls with it. Whether it’s the lack of deeper data, limited integrations, or just needing more bang for your buck, there are better options out there in 2025. I’ve tested a ton of B2B Lead Generation Tools over the last year, and here are the ones that actually delivered.

    1. ZoomInfo – The OG B2B Leads Database Provider

    zoominfo_4

How it works: You get access to a massive B2B contacts database, enriched with company info, org charts, buying signals, tech stack data—you name it.

    What I like:

    • Crazy detailed contact info.

    • Intent data is a game changer for timing outreach.

    • Integrates smoothly with CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce.

    What I don’t like:

    • Pricey AF. Not for small teams or solo operators.

    • UI feels clunky at times.

Pricing: Custom quotes only. You’ll def need a sales call. Think $$$$.

Verdict: If budget isn’t an issue and you want enterprise-grade data, ZoomInfo is a beast.

    2. RocketReach – For Fast, Straightforward Contact Mining

    rocketreach_3

How it works: Chrome extension + web app lets you find emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn, company domains, etc.

    What I like:

    • Super fast and accurate personal + work emails.

    • Affordable vs. ZoomInfo.

    • Great for quick lookups on the fly.

    What I don’t like:

    • Not as much firmographic or technographic data.

    • No real intent or buyer signals.

Pricing: Starts at $53/mo. Decent value.

Verdict: Solid choice for sales reps and founders who need quality leads without the enterprise price tag.

    3. Kaspr – LinkedIn Email & Phone Finder on Steroids

    kaspr_4

How it works: Chrome extension pulls emails and phone numbers directly from LinkedIn profiles.

    What I like:

    • Dead simple to use.

    • Good hit rate for EU-based leads.

    • Real-time enrichment via LinkedIn scraping.

    What I don’t like:

    • Mostly EU-focused (might be a plus for some).

    • Limited integrations (still evolving).

    Pricing: Starts at €49/mo. Budget-friendly.

Verdict: Great if you’re heavy on LinkedIn prospecting and want direct dials without the fluff.

    4. LeadIQ – Built for Prospecting Teams

    leadiq_4

How it works: Syncs with LinkedIn, lets you build lead lists, and push directly into your CRM. Real-time enrichment, email discovery, and sequences.

    What I like:

    • Easy prospecting from LinkedIn.

    • Plays well with Outreach and Salesforce.

    • Email deliverability is solid.

    What I don’t like:

    • UI feels a bit clunky.

    • Credits system is kinda annoying.

    Pricing: Starts around $75/user/mo.

    Verdict: Ideal for SDR teams. If you’re outbound-heavy, it’s a no-brainer.

    5. Apollo.io – The All-in-One Sales OS

    apollo_4

How it works: B2B leads database + outreach + CRM all in one. Great for startups and scaling teams.

    What I like:

    • Massive contacts database.

    • Built-in email sequencing & tracking.

    • Free tier is actually usable.

    What I don’t like:

    • UI can be buggy on occasion.

    • Data sometimes outdated (but getting better).

Pricing: Free up to a point. Paid starts at $49/mo.

Verdict: Best all-around value if you want a full-stack B2B Lead Generation Platform without juggling 3 tools.

    6. SalesIntel – Human-Verified B2B Contact Data

    salesintel_4

How it works: Combines tech + actual human researchers to verify B2B leads for accuracy.

    What I like:

    • 95%+ accuracy thanks to human verification.

    • Intent data included (powered by Bombora).

    • Integrates well with HubSpot, Salesforce.

    What I don’t like:

    • UI feels a little dated.

    • Not the cheapest out there.

    Pricing: Quote-based, mid to high-tier.

Verdict: Great if you care about clean, verified B2B contacts. Ideal for sales and marketing teams needing reliability.

    7. LeadSwift – Basic, Affordable Email Finder

    leadswift_4

How it works: Pulls emails from LinkedIn profiles, company domains, and websites.

    What I like:

    • Simple and budget-friendly.

    • Chrome extension is super quick to use.

    • Limited data depth—no firmographics or tech stack info.

    • No outreach or workflow tools.

    Pricing: Around $29–$99/month.

Verdict: Decent lead generation tool for solo hustlers who just need emails. Not for big teams or complex workflows.

    8. LeadScrape – Desktop App for Bulk Leads

    leadscrape_4

How it works: Downloadable software that scrapes business leads based on industry/location.

    What I like:

    • No monthly fees (one-time payment).

    • You own the data—no subscription lock-in.

    What I don’t like:

    • Feels old-school and limited in filtering.

    • No outreach or CRM integrations.

    Pricing: One-time fee (~$147+).

Verdict: Cheap and cheerful B2B lead generation software, but don’t expect the bells and whistles.

    9. Skrapp – Quick Email Finder for LinkedIn

    skrapp_4

How it works: Chrome extension + dashboard lets you grab emails directly from LinkedIn profiles and company pages.

    What I like:

    • Lightweight and easy to use.

    • Great for scraping leads while networking on LinkedIn.

    What I don’t like:

    • Data can be hit or miss.

    • Not much beyond email discovery.

Pricing: Free tier + paid from $49/month.

Verdict: Decent lead finder if you live on LinkedIn and don’t need deep data enrichment.

    10. Snov.io – Cold Outreach Meets Lead Gen

    snov_4

How it works: Email finder + verifier + full cold email campaign tool in one.

    What I like:

    • All-in-one B2B lead generation and outreach platform.

    11. GetProspect – Email Finder with CRM Lite

    getprospect_4

    What I don’t like:

    • UI can lag at times.

    • Email data isn’t always 100% fresh.

Pricing: Free tier + paid starts at $49/month.

Verdict: Handy B2B prospecting tool with just enough features to get things done without overkill.

    12. TaskDrive – Fully Managed Lead Research

    taskdrive_4

How it works: Outsourced team does manual lead sourcing, account list building, and more.

    What I like:

    • Hands-off lead gen—saves tons of time.

    • Custom targeting criteria.

    • Quality over quantity approach.

    What I don’t like:

    • Slower than using tools.

    • You rely on their process and speed.

Pricing: Custom/monthly retainer (mid-tier to high).

Verdict: Great for agencies and founders who’d rather outsource lead sourcing to experts.

    What I like:

    • CRM + email marketing in one.

    What I don’t like:

    • Not focused on lead discovery.

    • CRM is pretty basic.

Pricing: Free + paid plans start at $25/month.

Verdict: Awesome for nurturing and email campaigns, not so much for scraping new B2B leads.

    16. 6sense – AI-Driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

    6sense_4

How it works: Uses intent signals and predictive analytics to target accounts ready to buy.

    What I like:

    • Powerful AI engine for account prioritization.

    • Deep integrations with sales and marketing stacks.

    What I don’t like:
