Let’s be real: Seamless.ai has its moments—but it ain’t perfect. Whether it’s outdated contacts, clunky UX, or just not giving me enough bang for my buck, I started shopping around for better B2B lead generation tools. If you’re also tired of chasing dead-end leads and inflated promises, here’s my no-fluff breakdown of the best Seamless.ai alternatives I actually use (and trust) for building targeted B2B lead lists.

These tools are killer for B2B sales prospecting, scraping quality contacts, and scaling outreach without pulling your hair out.

    1. ZoomInfo – The OG B2B Leads Database

    zoominfo_1

Let’s start with the elephant in the room. ZoomInfo is basically the gold standard when it comes to B2B lead generation databases. Insane amount of data, and super deep filters.

    What I like:

    • Huge, super accurate business leads database

    • Org charts, intent data, tech stack info—chef’s kiss

    • Syncs with my CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) like butter

    What I don’t like:

    • It’s hella expensive. Seriously, they quote you based on team size and data usage.

    • Overkill if you’re a solo founder or tiny team

    Price: Custom pricing (read: $$$)

Best for: Big sales teams with real budgets

    2. RocketReach – Best for Multi-Channel Outreach

    rocketreach_1

RocketReach is a nice mid-tier option. Great for pulling verified email addresses and social profiles fast.

    What I like:

    • Simple UI, super easy to plug in a domain and get contacts

    • Pretty solid accuracy (emails rarely bounce)

    • Good for both B2B and B2C prospecting

    What I don’t like:

    • No built-in outreach tools—you’ll need to export to a sequencer

    • Not as many firmographics as I’d like

    Price: Starts around $50/month

Best for: Freelancers, consultants, or early-stage startups

    3. Kaspr – Great for LinkedIn Scraping

    kaspr_1

Kaspr is like your scrappy little LinkedIn sidekick. If you do a ton of manual prospecting on LinkedIn, this is a gem.

    What I like:

    • Chrome extension is slick af—instant emails & phone numbers

    • Solid enrichment features and auto-saves contact data

    • GDPR compliant, which is nice if you’re in the EU

    What I don’t like:

    • Mostly EU-based contacts, limited global data

    • Not the best if you’re scaling across North America

    Price: Starts at €49/month

Best for: LinkedIn-first outbound marketers and SDRs

    4. LeadIQ – Smooth Salesforce Sync & Cold Outreach

    leadiq_1

LeadIQ is all about simplifying prospecting for reps who live inside Salesforce or LinkedIn. And it does a pretty solid job.

    What I like:

    • Syncs seamlessly with Salesforce & HubSpot

    • Real-time contact updates, even alerts for job changes

    • Outreach sequences built-in (saves time)

    What I don’t like:

    • Contact data sometimes misses the mark, esp. phones

    • Gets pricey fast as you scale your seat count

Price: Free plan available; paid starts ~$75/month

Best for: SDR teams doing heavy outbound with Salesforce

    5. Apollo.io – My Go-To Seamless.ai Alternative

    apollo_1

Let me just say it—Apollo is the one I use the most right now. It’s got the best combo of lead gen + outbound + affordability.

    What I like:

    • Giant lead database (260M+ contacts) with solid filters

    • Built-in email outreach + sequencing

    • Chrome extension works great on LinkedIn

    • Super fair pricing for what you get

    What I don’t like:

    • Occasionally lags when bulk processing leads

    • Some phone numbers can be hit or miss

Price: Free plan available, paid starts at $49/month

Best for: Startups, solo founders, small teams looking to scale fast

    6. SalesIntel – Verified Data, US-Focused

    salesintel_1

SalesIntel’s big flex is that their contact data is human-verified. That means fewer bounces and bad numbers.

    What I like:

    • 95%+ data accuracy claim actually holds up

    • Real people verify info (not just scraping bots)

    • Killer intent data + technographics

    What I don’t like:

    • Mainly US-based data—meh if you sell internationally

    • UI feels a bit stiff, not super modern

Price: Quote-based (mid to high range)

Best for: Mid-market B2B teams focused on the US

    7. LeadSwift – Simple, Lightweight Lead Scraper

    leadswift_1

LeadSwift is kinda low-key, but it does what it says on the tin—pulls business leads from Google Maps, LinkedIn, and directories.

    What I like:

    • Super beginner-friendly

    • Great for local business lead gen

    • Affordable

    What I don’t like:

    • No email verification

    • Not really scalable for bigger campaigns

    Price: Starts at $27/month

Best for: Freelancers, agencies, local SEO folks

    8. LeadScrape – Old-School but Effective

    leadscrape_1

This one’s got an old-school vibe, but it’s surprisingly decent at scraping business leads with filters by industry/location.

    What I like:

    • Desktop-based (no cloud dependency)

    • Pulls tons of business data fast

    • Cheap, one-time license

    What I don’t like:

    • UI looks like it’s from 2006

    • Zero outreach features

Price: One-time fee (starts around $97)

Best for: Budget hunters who love raw data

    9. Skrapp – Basic Email Finder for LinkedIn

    skrapp_1

Skrapp is a solid, lightweight tool for getting B2B email addresses off LinkedIn. It’s a no-frills kind of deal.

    What I like:

    • Works well on Sales Navigator

    • Email accuracy is decent for the price

    • Simple and clean interface

    What I don’t like:

    • No phone numbers

    • Not great for team workflows or scaling

Price: Free plan available, paid starts at $49/month

Best for: Solo prospectors on LinkedIn

    10. Snov.io – Email Finder + Drip Campaigns

    snov_1

Snov.io’s kinda like a mini Apollo. It gives you leads and lets you send cold emails in the same place.

    What I like:

    • All-in-one platform (finder, verifier, email sequences)

    • Decent API access and integrations

    • Chrome extension works well

    What I don’t like:

    • Email delivery isn’t the best

    • UI can feel cluttered at times

Price: Free plan available; paid starts at $39/month

Best for: Bootstrapped sales teams that want all-in-one tools

    11. GetProspect – LinkedIn Email Grabber

    getprospect_1

Another simple tool that focuses on LinkedIn lead generation. Not flashy, but it gets the job done.

    What I like:

    • Clear interface, solid enrichment features

    • Easy to export leads to CSV or CRM

    • Has a decent free plan

    What I don’t like:

    • Accuracy varies, especially outside the US

    • Doesn’t include phone numbers

Price: Free plan, paid starts at $49/month

Best for: Small teams doing LinkedIn outreach

    12. TaskDrive – Fully Outsourced Lead Gen

    taskdrive_1

If you don’t wanna do the dirty work yourself, TaskDrive gives you a dedicated VA team to handle prospecting.

    What I like:

    • Fully managed service—set it and forget it

    • Custom list building + lead research

    • Saves tons of time

    What I don’t like:

    • Not cheap

    • You lose some control/flexibility

    Price: Custom quotes (starts ~$1k/month)

Best for: Founders or agencies who want done-for-you leads

    13. LeadFuze – Smart Lists + AI Filters

    leadfuze_1

LeadFuze lets you build smart lead lists using filters like tech stack, hiring intent, job titles, etc. Bonus: their AI assistant (“Fuzebot”) automates list building.

    What I like:

    • Easy to build hyper-targeted lists

    • Decent email match rate

    • Good integrations

    What I don’t like:

    • Not as accurate as ZoomInfo or Apollo

    • UI is clunky in places

    Price: Starts at $147/month

Best for: Agencies or teams wanting AI-powered list building

    14. Instantly – Cold Email Automation on Steroids

    instantly_1

Technically not a lead finder, but if you’ve got a list, Instantly is one of the best email automation tools out there.

    What I like:

    • Unlimited sending accounts (seriously)

    • Smart warmup + inbox rotation

    • Built-in inbox management

    What I don’t like:

    • Doesn’t come with a leads database

    • Some learning curve with setup

    Price: Starts at $37/month

Best for: Cold email pros who already have lead data

    15. Brevo – Email Marketing Meets CRM

    brevo_1

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is more of a marketing automation/CRM hybrid than a lead gen tool, but it plays well for B2B nurture.

    What I like:

    • Great for email drip campaigns and transactional emails

    • CRM and pipeline tools baked in

    • Nice for SMBs

    What I don’t like:

    • Not a lead finder—purely for nurturing

    • Limited sales prospecting features

Price: Free plan, paid starts at $25/month

Best for: B2B teams nurturing warm leads or managing CRM-lite flows

    16. Leadzai – AI-Driven Ads + Lead Gen

    leadzai_1

Leadzai is a different beast. It’s more about getting leads via AI-optimized ad campaigns than scraping contacts.

    What I like:

    • Set your goal, and the AI handles ad campaigns (Google, FB, etc.)

    • Great for inbound lead gen, especially if you suck at ads

    • Simple UI

    What I don’t like:

    • Not ideal if you want direct contact info

    • Requires ad budget on top of subscription

    Price: Starts at €25/month

Best for: SMBs wanting automated inbound lead gen

    17. 6sense – ABM + Intent Powerhouse

    6sense_1

6sense is like a crystal ball for enterprise sales teams. It’s built for account-based marketing (ABM) and deep buying intent tracking.

    What I like:

    • Tracks buyer signals across channels

    • Helps reps focus on “hot” accounts

    • Real-deal AI recommendations

    What I don’t like:

    • Not made for small teams—overkill for most

    • Long onboarding and $$$

    Price: Custom pricing (expensive)

Best for: Large orgs doing ABM at scale

    18. Leadfeeder – Website Visitor Tracking

    leadfeeder_1

Leadfeeder isn’t for scraping leads—it’s for identifying which companies visit your site, even if they don’t fill a form.

    What I like:

    • Great for B2B intent + web tracking

    • Integrates with CRMs and outreach tools

    • Awesome for warming up outbound

    What I don’t like:

    • No direct contact info—you still need enrichment

    • Can feel passive if you don’t act on the data fast

Price: Free trial; paid starts at $139/month

Best for: B2B companies with decent site traffic

    19. UpLead – Clean & Accurate B2B Data

    uplead_1

UpLead is one of the few B2B lead generation platforms that actually brags about data accuracy and backs it up.

    What I like:

    • Verified real-time emails (no more bounces!)

    • Tons of filters—job titles, tech stack, industry, etc.

    • Free credits to test it out before buying

    What I don’t like:

    • UI’s kinda mid

    • No built-in cold email sequencing

    Price: Starts at $99/month

Best for: SMBs that want clean data without ZoomInfo pricing

    20. Lead411 – Intent + Direct Dials

    lead411_1

Lead411 focuses hard on intent data and verified phone numbers—great if you do cold calls as much as emails.

    What I like:

    • Solid intent signals + trigger events (hiring, funding, etc.)

    • Direct dial numbers are actually accurate

    • Enrichment tools built-in

    What I don’t like:

    • UI isn’t as polished as others

    • No native LinkedIn scraping

    Price: Starts around $99/month

Best for: Sales reps who actually call leads

    21. Overloop – Email Sequences + CRM in One

    overloop_1

    What I like:

    • All-in-one: email finder + sequences + CRM

    • Built-in A/B testing + email tracking

    • Chrome extension works great

    What I don’t like:

    • Great for niche markets or non-standard targets

    What I don’t like:

    • Slower turnaround (not instant)

    • Price varies by lead volume

Price: Starts at $99 for custom jobs

Best for: Agencies and reps who need very specific B2B lists

    24. LeadsGorilla – Local Lead Tool for Agencies
